Hall -
General Price per hour (before 8pm) -£30
(8pm - 1.30am) -£35
Our Spacous and well lit hall has been used for a variety of events and occations. We have chair covers, table dressings, chairs and tables for upto 120 people for those wishing to have everything ready when they arrive.
Hall capacity is Approx 200 standing and 150 seated.
Planet Fusion Cafe -
General Price per hour (with the kitchen) - £40
(without the kichen) - £15
Our beautiful cafe space is ideal for a single event or regular bookings for a small number of people (20 seated). An initimate setting that can be provided with or without tables and chairs. This space benefits from being close to the kitchen for catered events (we only book the kitchen with those who have the correct experience and insurance) and a small TV.

Relaxation Room -
General Price per hour - £12
Our ralaxation room is currently used for both regular centre activities and regular small business bookings. This a relaxing space complete with blocked out door windows for privcy, yoga chairs, stereo and relaxing musix, massge table and towels ect.
Mandela Garden -
General Price per hour - Varies
Our garden is the pride of the centre here at the Mandela, a space for everyday public use it was developed as a space for the local community to use. We do on occation rent this space for events and activities that benefit the local community.
All pricing shown is general pricing we try and provide discounts for regular booking, charities/ non- profits and the local community. For further information on booking space please call 01332 347066.
Information for all booking -
We close at 2am, by this time it is your responsability to have cleaned the space and taken you rubbish with you.
For all booking over 3 hours we take a £150 damages deposit, this is returned at the end of your event providing everything is as it was found.
We may charge for additional cleaning in extreme cases.
Full booking payment must be recieved 7 days before the booking.
For decoration there is an additional cost.
Our terms and conditions are legally binding, we take a deposit of a minimum 20% of booking cost at the time of booking and the total payment must be recieved within 7 days of the booking or we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit.
